The Angelica & Blackcurrant Hard Candy was inspired by our love for unusual combinations of Icelandic herbs. Angelica was originally brought to Iceland as a medical remedy but nowadays it is commonly used in cooking as well. Although angelica and blackcurrant might seem like an unlikely pairing, their flavours elevate each other surprisingly well.
