Black Sand Salt
Ingredients: 96.5% Icelandic Sea Salt 1% Seaweed (ascophyllum nodosum) 2% Kelp (laminaria digitata) 1/2% Activated Charcoal.The Black Sand Salt is inspired by the unique Icelandic black sand beach. Carbon black make the salt look like the sand and the seaweed gives it the fresh smell of ocean as well some taste of the beach.
Wildberry Salt Grounded
Ingredients: 84% Nordur & Co flaky sea salt marinated in Blueberry and Crowberry sap, 16% dry bilberry, crowberry, rowanberry and juniper berry. Use on various meat dishes, especially good to rub on Icelandic lamb or game. Colourful addition on e.g. salads, bread and rice.
Ingredients: Icelandic Norðursalt Flaky Seasalt marinated in Organic Rhubarb and grounded Angelica seed. The tart taste of rhubarb and the sweet bitter taste of Angelica goes well on various dishes, though especially good on fish dishes.
