Birch is commonly used for all kinds of rheumatism, to combat high blood pressure and the formation of oedemas.

Includes arctic thyme and Iceland moss, both well known medical herbs in Iceland. They are known for being generally health improving, strengthening and nourishing. Especially is Arctic thyme known to be a usuful emedy for colds, and also considered fortifying for the heart. It is also good for hangovers!

The black colour comes from activated charcoal,resembling the icelandic black lava and referring to the use of enviromental friendly geothermal energy in the drying process.
