Tea made from the Downy birch (Betula pubescens), which abounds in Iceland, is extraordinarily wholesome and tasty and well suited for daily use. Birch tea is diuretic and anti-inflammatory. Birch is believed to stimulate the liver, cleanse the blood and be good for kidney problems. It has been used to combat infections of the urinary tract. Birch is commonly used for all kinds of rheumatism, to combat high blood pressure and the formation of oedemas.

The forest Blessed are the major herbs North, woodlands, birch, larch and wood cranesbill. The herbs are all hand-picked in the forests Kelduhverfi. Contains mild colorants and fragrances.
Ingridients: aqua, cocos nucifera oil, tallow, olea europaea oil, rapeseed oil, sodium hydroxide, perfume, chrome oxide green, betula pubescens, larix, sucaczewii, geranium sylvaticum.
Flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & Co marinated in Icelandic Wild Blueberries and dried at a low temperature. Blueberrysalt is excellent finishing salt for lamb, game whale, horsemeat and other meat. It gives rich taste and colour of blueberry and is very good to sprinkle it on salads and cooked vegetables.
Kelp and Garlic Salt
Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & co also in Westfjords with granulated garlic. Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
