Icelandic berries are said to be more concentrated that similar berries in other countries, because of the intensive (and short) growth period. Research has shown the bilberries have strong anti-oxidant anthocyanin, which helps with inflammations. The Northern Lights Icelandic Herbal Tea is made of blend of wild herbs growing in the pure environment of Iceland.
Angelica – Believed to help the respiratory system and promote energy.
Birch – The leaves are used to make diuretic tea which is believed to be good against gout and rheumatism.
Iceland Moss – Nutritive and stimulating for the respratory and digestive systems. Antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiviral.

Included common heather, yarrow and silverweed. All three herbs are believed to have calming effects and are used in tea against insomnia.
