Bilberry Tea – Urta
Bilberry Tea contains pulverised Icelandic bilberries
Icelandic berries are said to be more concentrated that similar berries in other countries, because of the intensive (and short) growth period. Research has shown the bilberries have strong anti-oxidant anthocyanin, which helps with inflammations. Also it helps with strenghening blood vessels and capillaries, that has effect on eyesight and reduces cholesterol.
