The Black Salt has a barbecue and smoky taste. Well suited for seasoning and enhancing the flavor of casseroles, soups, fish, meat and bread. This salt is made similar to ancient viking methods.

Blueberrysalt is excellent finishing salt for lamb, game whale, horsemeat and other meat. It gives rich taste and colour of blueberry and is very good to sprinkle it on salads and cooked vegetables.
Black Lava Salt
Icelandic Flake salt from Nordur & Co in the Icelandic Westfjords has a fantastic crispy crunch, clean mild flavor and good aftertaste. The black colour comes from activated charcoal,resembling the icelandic black lava and referring to the use of enviromental friendly geothermal energy in the drying process.
