Kelp and Garlic Salt
Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & co also in Westfjords with granulated garlic. Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
The Northern Lights Icelandic Herbal Tea is made of blend of wild herbs growing in the pure environment of Iceland.
Angelica – Believed to help the respiratory system and promote energy.
Birch – The leaves are used to make diuretic tea which is believed to be good against gout and rheumatism.
Iceland Moss – Nutritive and stimulating for the respratory and digestive systems. Antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiviral.

Included common heather, yarrow and silverweed. All three herbs are believed to have calming effects and are used in tea against insomnia. Yarrow is one of the most used medical herbs in Iceland, believe to relax muscle and artery wall, hence lowering blood pressure. Silverweed, old and widely known medical plant is used for its ability to calm muscle and nerves.
