Kelp and Garlic Salt
Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & co also in Westfjords with granulated garlic. Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
Excellent spice giving good taste and aromatic smell. It makes a lovely well smelling tea, it is antibacterial and in the past was used strong tea of Arctic thyme to recover from alcoholic consumption.
Dried and ground is excellent for seasoning soups, salads, sauces, bread and relishes. Placed on hot pan until crispy ideal for sprinkling over seafood and margherita pizza, over fish soup and fish casseroles.

Ingredients: Icelandic Norðursalt Flaky Seasalt marinated in Organic Rhubarb and grounded Angelica seed. The tart taste of rhubarb and the sweet bitter taste of Angelica goes well on various dishes, though especially good on fish dishes.
