Kelp and Garlic Salt
Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & co also in Westfjords with granulated garlic. Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
Knotted Kelp and Ginger
Knotted kelp is a great source of magnesium, calsium, potassium iron, iodine and zink. It contains a very high consentration of vitamins, in particular vitamin C, beta-carotene, B1, b2, b3, b6, b7(h), b12, k3.
The package includes 10 (20gr) teabags.
Ingredients are horse tail, birch and lady´s bedstraw. All three herbs are excellent dextox herbs and cut down water retention, works against inflammation, acids stomach and urinary tract problems. Horse tail is good for hair and nails and all the herbs are known to heal skin problems like exem and acne.

Flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & Co marinated in Icelandic Wild Blueberries and dried at a low temperature. Blueberrysalt is excellent finishing salt for lamb, game whale, horsemeat and other meat. It gives rich taste and colour of blueberry and is very good to sprinkle it on salads and cooked vegetables.
