Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland and fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur & co also in Westfjords with granulated garlic. Especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt e.g. on roasted bread.
Contains well-known medicinal herbs (80% Angelica archangelica, 20% Myrrhis odorata & Northern dock. Research has shown substances that have anti-viral, bactericidal and anti-fungal properties, plus substances that stimulate the immune system.

Big flakes of Icelandic Norðursalt Seasalt marinated in decoction of Iceland Moss, a lichen that grows in some of the most extreme environments on Earth like arctic tundra or rocky coasts. Has a bitter, tonic, earthly taste and aromatic odor. Use on fish and meat dishes, egg, bread and especially in creamy soups.
