Included common heather, yarrow and silverweed. All three herbs are believed to have calming effects and are used in tea against insomnia. Comon heather is also known as detoxifying, antibacterial, and pain reliefing. Yarrow is one of the most used medical herbs in Iceland, believe to relax muscle and artery wall, hence lowering blood pressure. Silverweed, old and widely known medical plant is used for its ability to calm muscle and nerves.
